We have a guide on how to take your body measurements and photos. These are so important to track your progress and to keep you motivated.

We also have the Fitness Assessment. This is a great tool to track how your fitness is improving. I suggest you complete the Fitness Assessment before you start any other workouts to see what you can achieve. Use it again in 2 weeks- 1 month to check your progress!
