What is Personal Training?

Sometimes people need help with their exercise regime, whether that be how to start your exercise routine,how to make some changes to your current exercise routine or to give you that extra push and support you need to stick to your goals.

A Personal Training package is exactly what is says, PERSONAL! All exercise programmes, fitness sessions and advice is tailored to you!

Before you get started you will have a consultation where body measurements and your weight will be noted and we will also have a chat about your health and fitness goals, diet and lifestyle. The consultation is absolutely FREE! 

 After you have asked all the questions you need, you can then decide if DO Fitness is right for you.

Normally a fitness session will last 1 hour that includes the warm up, main fitness element, cool down and stretches.

The sessions can take place wherever suits you. This can be at home, local park or exercise programmes can be designed for you to take to the gym. Flexibility and variety is the best way to encourage you to stick to your exercise plan.
