Circuits- Booking essential. Full body workout involving body weight exercises, weights, boxing and battle ropes. Each week is different to challenge your body.

BounceBack- Mummy and Baby fitness class. Booking essential. Sessions held at my home gym.

Small Group Personal Training- 5 week block. Must pre-book. Block includes: measurements, photos, programmes and sessions.

Jog Club-  Booking essential. Walk/jog around the local area. Covering distances of up to 5.5km


There are slots available throughout the day/ evening for Sports Massage and 1:1 Personal Training. Contact for more details.
